hmmm is the new Education Ministry really serious ?

let us stop for a while n rethinks of this idea..
ask our self :
1. is it necessary ?
2. is the important of english language reach that merit of action ?
3.is our teaching staff enaugh at every school from primary to secondary ?
4. what the add action to tackle the bi proficiency at luar bandar, kampung n pedalaman ?

n the b=very big question is
WHAT JUSTIFICATION TO APPROVE THIS ACTION ?
